Happy New Year!

The best way to ring in the new year is by attending a Symphony Irvine concert. We have two performances slated for January featuring violin soloist Kiril Laskarov, the Bulgarian-born concertmaster of the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, and the world premiere of a new work by composer Josh Rodriguez entitled Souls Like Birds.

Mr. Laskarov will perform the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto and Symphony Irvine will round out the program with Tchaikovsky's Romeo and Juliet Overture-Fantasy, Sibelius' Finlandia, and Brahms' Hungarian Dance No. 5. Artistic Director Dean Anderson and Assistant Conductor Jeremy Delacuadra will share conducting duties at both concerts.
